This Privacy Policy explains how Nowhere Computer ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our Service.

1. Information We Collect

Email address — collected when you register or log in, used solely for authentication via one-time passcode.
Conversation history — messages you send to the AI are stored to provide conversation continuity.
Credit transactions — records of credit usage and purchases are stored for account management.
Payment information — payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or payment details.

2. How We Use Your Information

To authenticate you via one-time passcode sent to your email.
To maintain your credit balance and transaction history.
To provide conversation context to the AI.
To process payments through Stripe.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored in Cloudflare D1 (SQLite), hosted on Cloudflare's global infrastructure. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
xAI (Grok) — AI response generation. Your messages are sent to xAI's API. Subject to xAI's Privacy Policy.
Cloudflare — hosting and email delivery. Subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Conversation history can be cleared at any time from within the application. To request full account deletion, contact us.

6. Cookies

We use a single HTTP-only authentication cookie (authToken) to maintain your session. This cookie expires after 24 hours and contains no personally identifiable information beyond an encrypted session token.

7. Children's Privacy

This Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may also clear your conversation history directly within the app.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
