Nowhere Computer is built and run by LatentFreedom. Support goes through one channel, and a real person reads it.

1. Get in Touch

Message @LatentFreedom on X. Include the email address on your account so the request can be matched to it. Do not send your one-time access code to anyone, including us.

2. What to Include

• Something is broken — what you asked, what happened, and roughly when.
• Credits or billing — the date of the purchase and the package you bought. Payments are handled by Stripe; a receipt is emailed on every purchase.
• Sign-in trouble — the email address you used. Access codes expire after 15 minutes, so request a fresh one first.

3. Data Requests

To access, correct, or delete your personal data, contact us through the same channel. You can clear your conversation history yourself from inside the app at any time. See the Privacy Policy for what is stored and why.

4. Refunds

Credits purchased are non-refundable, as set out in the Terms of Use. If credits were charged but never delivered, that is a fault on our side — contact us and it will be corrected.
